适读（ReadWorld Pace）隐私政策

适读 / ReadWorld Pace（「我们」）由个人开发者木木立运营。本政策说明您在使用本 App 时，我们如何处理相关信息。本 App 用于英语适级阅读与学习，不用于广告追踪、不出售个人数据。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 账户信息：若您登录，我们可能处理用于身份验证的账户标识（如邮箱或第三方登录标识）及登录会话。
- 订阅与额度：通过 Apple 应用内购买（IAP）产生的订阅状态、收据校验结果，以及查词 / 译文 / 听力等功能的月额度使用记录，用于开通权益与防止滥用。
- 阅读与学习数据：您在设备上收藏的单词、短语、句子，以及阅读进度、等级偏好等，主要用于本地学习体验；若功能需要同步到账户，则会在服务端与您的账户关联保存。
- AI 查词与释义请求：当您点词查看语境释义或请求重新生成详解时，相关词句上下文会发送至我们的服务及合作的大模型服务商，以生成释义结果。请勿在查词内容中提交敏感个人信息。
- 技术日志：为保障服务稳定，服务器可能记录必要的技术信息（如 IP、时间、设备/系统粗略信息、错误日志），用于排障与安全，不作广告画像。
- 内容获取：浏览分级阅读内容时，会向内容服务请求文章、音频与测验等公开学习材料；该过程不用于识别您的个人身份并向第三方出售。
2. 我们如何使用信息
- 提供适级阅读、听读、译文、查词、收藏与复习等核心功能；
- 验证订阅、计算与重置月额度；
- 改进稳定性、排查故障、防止欺诈与滥用；
- 在法律法规要求或保护用户安全必要时进行披露（若发生，将在法律允许范围内最小化披露）。
3. 第三方服务
- Apple：登录、应用内购买、推送等遵循 Apple 条款与隐私政策。
- 云基础设施与内容分发：用于托管与分发阅读内容、音频及 API（例如 Cloudflare 等）。
- 账户 / 额度服务：用于登录鉴权、IAP 校验与额度管理。
- AI 模型服务商：用于生成点词语境释义等文本结果；仅在您主动触发相关功能时发送必要上下文。
上述第三方按其自身隐私政策处理数据。我们仅在实现功能所必需的范围内向其提供信息。
4. 数据存储与保留
- 设备本地数据由您的设备系统管理；卸载 App 可能导致本地收藏与进度清除。
- 账户侧订阅与额度记录会在提供服务所需期间保留，并在不再必要时删除或匿名化（法律法规另有要求除外）。
- 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但无法保证绝对安全。
5. 您的选择
- 可不登录浏览部分内容；登录、订阅与 AI 查词等会按功能需要处理相应数据。
- 可在系统设置中管理通知、Apple ID 订阅与 App 权限。
- 如需删除账户相关数据或提出隐私请求，请通过下方联系方式与我们沟通，我们将在合理期限内处理（法律法规要求的保留除外）。
6. 儿童隐私
本 App 不以 13 岁以下儿童为主要对象。若您认为我们无意中收集了儿童的个人信息，请联系我们，我们将尽快删除。
7. 政策更新
我们可能更新本政策。更新后会在本页面调整「最后更新」日期；重大变更时，我们可能通过 App 内提示或其他合理方式告知。

ReadWorld Pace (“we”), operated by indie developer Mumuli, explains how information is handled when you use the app. The app provides graded English reading and study tools. We do not use the app for advertising tracking and do not sell personal data.
1. Information we process
- Account information: If you sign in, we may process identifiers needed for authentication (such as email or third-party sign-in IDs) and session data.
- Subscription & quotas: Apple In-App Purchase subscription status and receipt validation results, plus monthly usage of features such as lookup, translation, and listening, used to grant entitlements and prevent abuse.
- Reading & study data: Words, phrases, and sentences you save, reading progress, and level preferences—primarily for your learning experience on device; if sync is enabled for an account feature, related data may be stored with your account.
- AI lookup requests: When you tap a word for contextual meaning or regenerate an explanation, relevant word/sentence context is sent to our services and AI providers to generate results. Do not submit sensitive personal information in lookup content.
- Technical logs: Limited technical data (such as IP, timestamps, coarse device/OS info, error logs) may be recorded for reliability and security—not for advertising profiles.
- Content delivery: Fetching graded articles, audio, and quizzes from content services does not mean we sell your identity to third parties.
2. How we use information
- Provide graded reading, listening, translation, lookup, favorites, and review features;
- Validate subscriptions and manage monthly quotas;
- Improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud/abuse;
- Disclose when required by law or to protect users, minimized as permitted.
3. Third-party services
- Apple: Sign-in, IAP, notifications, and related services under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
- Cloud / CDN providers: Hosting and delivery of reading content, audio, and APIs (e.g. Cloudflare).
- Account / quota backend: Authentication, IAP validation, and quota management.
- AI model providers: Contextual definitions and related text generation, only when you trigger those features.
Third parties process data under their own policies. We share only what is necessary to operate the feature.
4. Storage & retention
- On-device data is managed by your device; uninstalling may remove local favorites and progress.
- Account-side subscription and quota records are retained as needed to provide the service, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed (unless law requires otherwise).
- We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Your choices
- You may browse some content without signing in; sign-in, subscription, and AI lookup process additional data as needed.
- Manage notifications, Apple ID subscriptions, and app permissions in system settings.
- To request deletion of account-related data or raise a privacy request, contact us below; we will respond within a reasonable time (subject to legal retention duties).
6. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we collected a child’s personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date on this page. For material changes, we may provide in-app or other reasonable notice.
